  Jez & his team did a first class job at a more than competitive price. Unlike other companies we spoke to, he told us our tiles were good enough for continued use thus avoiding significant expense. The existing tiles were removed along with battens and lining which were replaced with new materials. In addition new valleys were created and all securing pointing reworked. Any tiles which were damaged were replaced at no extra cost. The team were polite and respectful at all times and worked throughout the extremely hot weather. We are entirely satisfied and would thoroughly recommend.

  Stripping and refurbishment of kitchen roof.

  Contacted Hermitage about a leaky kitchen roof (tiled). They responded promptly to inspect the problem and then explained the proposed solution. We agreed the work to be done which was carried out a short while afterwards. This was stripping the tiles, old felt battens, and lead work. New felt, battens eve trays and lead were fitted and the tiles replaced and cemented. The result looks very good, everything cleaned up afterwards and they even fixed a couple of minor unrelated issues elsewhere on the roof!

  Re-tile extension roof and fix leaks

  We had our extension roof redone by Jez and his team at Hermitage Roofing and they were brilliant throughout. After being burnt before, we were cautious, but Jez was patient, explained options clearly and gave us confidence in the materials and solution. They booked us in quickly, worked efficiently and left us with a beautiful, watertight roof. The team were professional, tidy and friendly, and even checked back in after heavy rain. A genuinely gold-standard team we’d happily recommend.

  Roofing Felt

  Hermitage Roofing recently carried out extensive work at my property replacing the old detiorarating roofing felt with a modern composite material. The work was carried out by an enthusiastic workforce who were efficient, friendly and polite. I was kept informed as to the progress of the work, which was carried out professionally to a high standard. On completion my property was left in a clean and tidy state after all old roofing material had been removed. I have no hesitation in recommending Hermitage Roofing.

  Efficient reroofing if detached property

  Excellent company led by Jez. Work on reroofing carried out efficiently by a team of four. All work guaranteed and the areas cleared and cleaned following the retiling. We can highly recommend Hermitage Roofing

  Chimney Flashing Repair

  We found a small damp patch on our ceiling and so called Jez from Hermitage Roofing. Jez and his team attended quickly and investigated the potential causes. The flashing around the chimney was found to be the cause. Jez showed photographs, and physical evidence of the poor sealant to explain the issue causing the small leak. He was very clear about pricing. The completed work was done to a high standard and Jez showed me photographs of the finished work. Formal invoice provided upon completion. Would recommend and use Hermitage Roofing again.
