I had a leaking roof on my house, I went with Heritage, they kept me informed and updated of the expected start date. The workers were polite and left things in a clean and tidy state when they finished. A few months after completion we had high winds and I noticed a problem with my roof again, I called Heritage roofing they came the same day and carried out the repair the following week.

I first contacted Reggie in March when I was thinking of buying a house and the survey had picked up the chimney. Without knowing me Reggie attended at the address and provide me with a quote to carry out the work. The buying of the house became protracted and in the end the work was booked for September. Various other obstacles happened but throughout the process Reggie was always positive and provided me with alternate dates to get the work completed. He went out of his way to accommodate our job and knowing it was important to do the job quickly he prioritised our work.

Reggie and his team were very professional and courteous. He replied quickly to the quotation request and the work was carried out when promised. The roof looks much better and after a 1 1/2 inch overnight rainstorm, there were no leaks, so a successful repair. Very happy to have found a good, reliable company and have already arranged for further work in the New Year. Would be happy to recommend them.
