  Tom was fantastic from start to finish. Arrived promptly for a no-obligation quote. Gave a sensible solution to the problem, and quoted a very competitive price. Wasn't pushy at all and in the end we were delighted we chose Tom to do the work (remove existing fascia soffit guttering and downpipe and install new upvc fascia vented soffit guttering and downpipe). Turned up on time. Friendly. Efficient. The work was completed to an excellent standard and he even cleaned up after himself! Highly recommended.

  Tom and his team arrived on site, and presented themselves in a professional manner and explained the job in great detail making you feel as ease straight away. The work was completed to the highest standard and would recommend his team for any roofing works commercial or residential.

  Definitely recommend

  We had used Tom from Heritage property solutions on our previous house and we’re very happy with our new roof. So we were hoping he would come out to us as we were a bit further away when we had a problem with our garage roof. They came out really quickly to see the job as they knew we had to get it fixed quickly so it wouldn’t hold up other trades. We discussed the job and were very happy with Toms suggestions. 2 days later Heritage property solutions came out and did exactly what they said. They took everything away with them. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Great job repairing my roof
