  From the first contact Gregg got back to me quickly to discuss the issue. He was very prompt in coming to assess and book in the work. The work was completed quickly and professionally to a high standard. He talked me through what was happening at all stages and answered all of my questions.   Really impressed with service Heritage damp solutions provided. Gregg arrived promptly and identified the root cause of the issue and explained what steps were required to resolve the problem. The price quoted for the repair was good and they were able to work around my shift pattern to complete the work quickly to avoid further repairs. Gregg arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. I'm really pleased with end result and would definitely use them again in the future.
