Jed’s teams were very polite from the scaffolders to the Kye, Jake and Callum who completed the roof works. I was really happy with how it was explained to me and the pictures were interesting to understand how bad of condition it was in.

Jed & his team are good at their job. The work is great & they use good materials. What they are terrible at is communicating both on when the job will be done, when to expect people on site, & in any follow-up on the work. We had a full roof replacement & got integrated solar panels installed. The Solar panels require an installation certificate, we did not receive this on installation in Jan & has to chase them up for months. Once received it was clear it had just been registered when we pointed it out & said it was installed in May. I am still chasing up other legal paperwork with no reply.

Jed's Team did a great job on our roof. Jed's quote was competitive, offered practical design ideas and talks to you with respect, using language you understand. His genuine interest and good nature shines through. Jed was easy to communicate with, helped us through the process, were advice from his architect, did not ask for money until the work was underway, leaving the final payment until we were totally satisfied with the finish. Jed and the team were really great to have around. scaffold down on time , all last minute snags and finishing done. Stress free. Highly recommended.

Had complete roof, facia and guttering replacement along with my neighbour, the standard of work was exceptional Jed and the heritage team definitely went above and beyond thoroughly professional, would highly recommend this company, many thanks to all the crew.

Worked with different companies with lack of care for customer properly, can not say this to Jed team. They care for the property. Can not recommend better company that Heritage. After storm Bert we decided it was best to renew our roof due to previous leaks. Jed and his team managed to temporary repair the leaks before the job was started. They also managed to move it forward by a week due to it being a priority which I cannot thank them enough.
