    Extremely impressed with the service from Bobby at Hercules Services. My sofa was heavily stained and covered in pet hair, and I genuinely didn’t think it could be restored—but Bobby made it look brand new. It came up spotless and exceeded all my expectations. He also cleaned my rug, bedroom carpet and mattress, and the results were just as impressive. Everything looks and feels fresh again. Bobby was extremely professional throughout. He listened carefully to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. 100% recommend!
