Phil carried out plastering work in my property and I was seriously impressed with the quality. He arrived on time, prepped the room properly, protected everything, and worked with real attention to detail. The walls are perfectly smooth and ready for painting — genuinely one of the best finishes I’ve seen. He cleaned up fully afterwards and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Communication was clear, price was fair, and he stuck to the timeframe he originally gave me. Highly recommend Phil for any plastering job — reliable, skilled, and takes pride in his work.

Phil Hunter recently skimmed the bedroom ceilings for us and did a fantastic job. Professional from start to finish, arrived exactly when he said he would, kept us updated throughout, and his communication was clear and straightforward. All work was finished to a very high standard. It’s obvious Phil takes pride in his craft, and it really shows in the results. Reliable tradespeople can be hard to find, but Phil is definitely one of them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for plastering work and will certainly be using him again in future.

We recently had a new conservatory installed and were advised by the installers our rendering was in poor condition. On closer inspection we could see they weren’t wrong and asked for any recommendations on who could help. We were advised to shop around but Phil Hunter was their first choice. We got a few quotes and were most impressed by the professionalism and quality guarantees that came with Phils work so we proceeded. I can say we weren’t disappointed, excellent standard of work carried out which exceeded our expectations, the time they managed to get it done it was faster then expected.

Paul and Phil have recently skimmed five ceilings including boarding three of them, and they have done a very professional job. They came when they said they would, kept us informed about the work and left the house tidy each day. I think we were lucky to have found them and would like them to do some further work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really great. Its about the basics really, they respond to email, text and phone calls. They do what they say they will and on the agreed date. They do a good job at a fair price. Both Phil and Paul are friendly, conscientious and courteous. I'd recommend them with confidence.
