Harry and his team have been absolutely fantastic! They completed a 6x6 meter extension for us, and their support throughout the process was invaluable. They guided my parents through all compliance requirements, offered practical design advice, and made everything seamless. After seeing the quality of their work, my parents decided to renovate the rest of the bungalow. Despite the size of the project, Harry and his team completed everything within eight weeks and stayed within a very modest budget. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail!

Really happy with the work these guys have done for us. I needed a new counter for my convenience shop, along with some bespoke cabinets for my vape section and hot food stand. I hired Hera Property Developers for renovation work, which was a disaster. Despite paying over £18,000, much of the work remains unfinished or substandard, including no hot water, faulty wiring, incomplete tiling, and non-functioning radiator installations. The builder was unreliable and frequently absent, leaving the site in hazardous conditions. Payments were demanded early, yet deadlines were missed. When challenged, he terminated the contract, leaving us in unsafe living conditions. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Harry came and viewed the job and gave a quote which was accepted. Although problems with brick blow out he completed the job and took all the rubble away. It took slightly longer than anticipated but was not a problem. The door is fully functional looks good with a slight cosmetic attention needed to blend the new mortar in. All in all satisfied with the work undertaken and the cost. Many Thanks!

I had a 6x6 Extension done by Harry at Hera Property Developers and I couldn’t be happier with the work he’s carried out. He was extremely professional and was a pleasure throughout the whole process. Once he’d completed the extension, I then contacted him for additional work including a full rewire of the property, a heating system upgrade and a kitchen installation. Harry was transparent throughout the whole process and offered me a payment plan to help with my personal circumstances which was greatly appreciated. A fantastic finish which completely modernised the house. They took out all the chimneys, did a whole rewire and plumbing, reskimmed and painted the house. Brilliant and complied to all regulations.
