We have used Ben before and had no hesitation in using him again. Unfortunately he had trouble with his van and the start date changed a couple of times, but kept me informed of what was happening. When he arrived the work was done in great time and to a very high standard. He even changed the spec of the work at my request at late notice, without any qualms. Excellent experience of working with Ben and his team. Ben was helpful in planning and adapting ideas into a lovely finished product with a high standard of finish. Communication was always clear, professional and realistic. I had an old summerhouse in my garden that was dilapidated. I wanted a new shed on the site that I could use as a workshop. Ben converted my ideas into reality. He cleared away the old structure.It was not easy as the garden has limited access and is on a slope. He laid a new base, installed sleepers to retain the soil. He then built the shed which looks great. He arranged power into it, insulated it and glazed it. It is now my happy place. Dealing with Ben is a breeze: he is very customer focused.
