  Change an old toilet cistern

  Very punctual in communicating and attending to the job. The work space was confined and difficult to marry a new cistern to a very old and different sized toilet bowl, but he was very practical and adept at the job. Very good work done and job finished timely and tidy.

  Bathroom taps replacement

  Roland was professional and arrived on time. He helped us replace a tap and pipes which were damaged due to a leak. He also helped us replace the same tap in the downstairs bathroom. We are pleased with his work.

  Honestly the team was one of the most professional and clean workman I’ve ever let into my property they got the job done no questions asked and no excuses made. They were on time very polite and again most importantly you wouldn’t of even known they came round in the first place would 100% recommend Hepta plumbing and heating
