  Red Van Plumbers are a 'Which' Trusted Trader and they did not disappoint in any respect when they installed an Air Source Heat Pump. Jack and Callum were punctual, tidy and delivered a system, commissioned and operating to specification.

  Total panic as shower only producing cold water. Called around and then remembered Hepplethwaite. Made an inquiry and got booked in for the same day. James rocked up early and got to work straight away. 20 minutes later I had a brand new shower working like a dream. James was super efficient and tidy. Thank you from a very happy customer!

  Lovely guys who do a great job!

  Richard and John came together and were very good, and nice guys to be around. Then, another time, John came on his own to identify and remedy a possible leak. He was just brilliant, fixing a leak right at the back of a huge cylinder, only by turning his arms into Mr Tickle arms (probably standing on his head as well!). It took him a while to figure out that the valve could be accessed this way. John's work saved me the cost of the mains water that was ebbing away 24/7, and also the cost of physically getting the cylinder out from its position, which I think would have been very expensive.

  Excellent Plumber

  Work carried out by Richard - an Excellent plumber who did the job quickly and so we were able to turn on our stopcock and use our toilets and shower.

  Street access blocked

  Tara was unable to access my street due to a tipper truck blocking the way, she contacted her office who in turn contacted me, and I was able to meet her parked two streets away. Tara then very kindly agreed to walk to the house with tools to complete a boiler service, I was most grateful as otherwise I would have had to get another appointment The service was carried out efficiently and helpful advice given. Thanks Tara
