10 Excellent work by James at red van plumbers

Job location: SL3Thank you James for fitting the boiler at my elderly dad’s house . All done within the planned timescales . I could see all the red van plumbers team work to help James with queries . If we request to service the boiler hopefully it will be James who comes8 Efficient replacement of shower with minimum disturbance to the bathroom

Job location: SL3Total panic as shower only producing cold water. Called around and then remembered Hepplethwaite. Made an inquiry and got booked in for the same day. James rocked up early and got to work straight away. 20 minutes later I had a brand new shower working like a dream. James was super efficient and tidy. Richard and John came together and were very good, and nice guys to be around. Then, another time, John came on his own to identify and remedy a possible leak. He was just brilliant, fixing a leak right at the back of a huge cylinder, only by turning his arms into Mr Tickle arms (probably standing on his head as well!). It took him a while to figure out that the valve could be accessed this way. John's work saved me the cost of the mains water that was ebbing away 24/7, and also the cost of physically getting the cylinder out from its position, which I think would have been very expensive.Verified reviewerJob location: SL6
