I only have 200 words to explain the situation so please refer to my profile to see pictures of said project. The length of the project was due to a month waiting for customer to make mind up and products arriving. Customer had structural damage and a leaking boiler which needed tending to which delayed me further, if I hadn't discovered this issue her old bath very well could've fallen through the ceiling if not. There wasn't any cut marks in the floor, beading was sized correctly as seen in photos. Shelving I said less than 82cm and she ordered one at 95cm. She would've had to wait months for insurance claim and they would've only painted some of the damage I caused, I offered to cover the ceilings to be painted which covered my damage and pre existing damage. I didn't charge Joanne a penny for works carried out so she got a bathroom 95% completed + £1000 worth of materials for free and the reason for walking out was the customer was very rude.
