Recently visit a relative property whilst they were away and discovered a leaking pipe. Carl was so helpful in coming out late evening and doing a temporary repair and returned the next day with the fitting to make it permanent. Carl and Dave communicated well from the start, and arrived on time. The toilet was fixed and the pipes all flushed through. Carl was really helpful when I contacted him regarding a boiler issue. After leaving him a message, he got back to me very quickly and was able to help me over the phone to resolve the issue, saving a full call out and subsequent charge.
