Damp survey

I looked for a damp survey (and hopefully subsequent work to remediate) via App. Henderson Wood were interested and rang me on the same day (14th April) offering me a free damp survey on 16th April which was arranged over the phone. No one turned up. I attempted to contact them multiple times by phone and sent an email. On 24th April, I received a response simply telling me "we can only carry out a free survey if we are passing your area" before mansplaining their costs and stating a survey would cost £250. They have not explained why they have changed their stance. Very poor indeed!!

Damp and mould problems within bathroom

Had them come to fix my damp and mould problems in my Bathroom, did an amazing job and were extremely professional. They were always on time and kept me well informed too. I would highly recommend them!!!

Mould Removal Service

Had mould in bathroom of my house and they came to sort it out. The moulds all gone now and the place smells much fresher. The team was friendly and didnt waste no time getting it sorted. Would definitely recommend them if you’ve got mould issues. Happy with the service overall!
