Excellent company. Gave me a quote on the day I contacted them. I initially asked for part of my loft to be quoted for, but it was such a competitive price I asked for the full loft quote. They arrived on the date and time agreed, laid dust sheets and just got on with it. Fantastic job done with a very good finish, to be honest it was far better than I had imagined. Really friendly lads, I would definitely recommend.

Rob gave us an estimate of the work and fully explained what he would do. We accepted the price and arranged a date. Rob turned up on time with his workmate and the work was completed within a day. During the process the guys were polite and friendly and in our opinion completed the job to a high standard. All rubbish was cleared up and taken away. At the end he explained the best way to lower and raise the ladders. Overall we were very pleased.

Rang for a quote on the Friday morning and Rob came that afternoon and by close of play Monday, the job was done. All options were discussed and ended up with what was best for me, not the dearest or best for the company, but best for me! How refreshing. Really nice guy, genuinely wanted to help and just wanted to get the job right for my circumstances. Speedy, neat, tidy job at a great price.

I would highly recommend Henderson property maintenance. We had a loft hatch and wooden ladder fitted. It is brilliant. Easy to use and very sturdy. There as absolutely no mess afterwards.

Fantastic work by Henderson Property Maintenance and Loft Ladder Installations. The two-man team boarded out our entire loft complete with a fancy fold out loft ladder and managed to do it all in just a day. They never stopped except for minimal breaks and made sure our house stayed clean and tidy throughout with sheeting and even hoovered up after themselves. A first rate job, very polite too and I would highly recommend them.
