On their website and in their contract they say zero payment until you’re 100% satisfied, they asked for payment part way through the job which I was happy to do as they had started the job and the materials were on site. The brick wall they built was not straight and the gapping was uneven, they agreed to rebuild, which was marginally better but still some of the same issues, the resin was not level and I was told it would settle and even out. I was pressured to pay in full despite not being happy after paying £17k! And was promised they would come back to put it right but I’m still waiting…

his is Patrick from henderson driveways we where back on 3 deferent occasions and rebuilt the wall on good faith as a good will gesture we didn’t find a fault to begin with but we just done it enyway to keep her happy we have worked for one or her friends/relatives 4 years previous and sence that we have been back this year to do a new patio for them after her complaint we have worked very closely with her and tried to resolve the issue we haven’t ignored her we have tried and tried and tried she tries to make a fault where there hasn’t been a fault what she is saying is not true if it was true her friends/relatives wouldn’t have got us back to do there large patio earlier out of 300 people it’s just her that have something bad to say please read through the rest of our reviews and you will see how happy all our customers are with our work the prof is in the pudding
