Graham was amazing. Fast and effective. He was upfront with the type of work it needed and was completely right. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

I can highly recommend using Graham's service. I was very concerned when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen but after calling Graham he put my mind at ease. He was able to come over very quickly which was great and assess my mouse problem. He talked me through my options and we agreed on a course of action. His consultative approach is fantastic as I fully understood what he was doing and why. Would highly recommend him to anyone, especially as I haven't seen any signs of mice since!

Graham from Help me Pest control is fantastic. I’ve used many pest control companies in the past with changes of agents in flats and Graham is by far the best. He is so friendly, explains everything clearly and does the job in a cheerful manner. Really prompt service too and goes out of his way to fit call out in diary as soon as he can. Cleans up after the job and returns to check all is clear before ending the job fully. Wouldn’t hesitate to call out again - in fact I just have!

On seeing a rat in our back garden, we called (Graham and) 'Help Me Pest Control Ltd'. I don't regret it. I gave Graham a call and he booked me in that week. Graham's easy manner, knowledge, professionalism, time keeping and explanation of what he was doing were first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending Graham and would definitely use him again.

Following moving into a new house. Where the seller hadn't left it in the greatest state and had a cat who had fleas. I ended up having a allergy reaction and ending up in hospital. On my discharge rang round to get quotes for the whole place to be fumigated. Other companies gave quotes over the phone. Graham, he was great giving me good advice and came the next day assessed and price it up on the Wednesday. He booked in for the Friday the same week. Since them I've no further allergic reactions or bites.

On realising bites were bedbugs and identifying that 2nd hand sofa purchased 2 wks previously was cause (though no sightings of actual critters) still needed to take precautions against any remaining in the property. Situation was frightening and made you totally paranoid. Called Graham who talked through situation showing knowledge. He visited for inspection within hours. Arranged for remedial precautionary work for 2 days hence, very fast. On both visits Graham gave extensive information and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend for any pest infestation - highly competent.
