During the cleaning, you closely monitored mywork and raised concerns about the floors, but I did not spill any chemicals.We even tested other solutions to determine the cause, yet the issue remainedunchanged. I take great pride in my work and have served many clientsin homes, offices, and care facilities without incident. I believe it is unfairto be held responsible for damage I did not cause and to expect the company tocover it through insurance. I understand your frustration, but I stand by thequality of my work.
