We had a problem with our boiler whereby it was gaining too much pressure when the heating was turned on. We wanted it fixed and also a service. It was easy to book the initial call out. The engineer attended as promised and diagnosed the fault. We needed a new expansion chamber and PRV. We requested a quote and booked another appointment, which was attended as promised. The work was completed and we were happy with the overall service. The engineer was professional and friendly. There was a slight delay getting a quote but we appreciate it's a busy time of year. We have used Help For Heating for a number of years after Scott was recommended to us. In previous years they have gone above and beyond to get our boiler working well after some issues with pressure. This year thankfully it was just a boiler service. I was asked to suggest times for the appointment based on my availability and Duncan arrived at 0915 for his scheduled AM appointment. Service was done and the record emailed to me immediately.
