After several quotes, we chose Helma (Mohammad). The first week went ok: they removed the bathroom and tidied up well. Then it went downhill. Measurements were off, leading to rework. The back-to-wall toilet was too high, they tried to fix it and caused a leak, ruining downstairs ceiling and flooring. They promised to fix cracks and water marks on the ceiling but didn't. Claimed they could do mitre tiling, turns out they couldn't. Left a mess, had frequent absences with late notice. Said 2-3 weeks; took 6 weeks. The bathroom looks good, but finishing is poor. A frustrating experience,

Thank you for your feedback. While we always welcome honest reviews to help us improve, we’d like to clarify some important points regarding your project to give a more complete picture.
One of the major issues was the window installation. The appropriate size for your space was 34x90 cm, which would have required a custom order and higher cost. Instead, you chose to purchase a larger, ready-made 40x90 cm window. Despite our advice about the size mismatch, we adjusted by cutting into both the interior and exterior walls to install it properly — a task that significantly increased our workload, but we did it at no extra charge to keep you satisfied.
Regarding the timeline, from the beginning we clearly stated the estimated duration would be 3 to 4 weeks. The total completion time was 5 weeks — just one week longer, and that delay was due to multiple changes and challenges that arose during the project: the oversized shower tray you initially insisted on (which was later replaced), quality issues with one type of tile that required professional cutting, and delays caused by the online ordering and late delivery of certain bathroom fittings. These were not caused by lack of planning, but by adapting to evolving requests and constraints.
We also faced extra challenges installing old fixtures like the sink, mirror, and shower tray — all in mismatched sizes — which you preferred to reuse instead of purchasing new, standard-sized items. This made our work more complicated, yet we still managed to deliver a fully finished bathroom that functioned well and looked great.
We always aim to deliver professional results under any circumstances, and we went the extra mile in your case. Photos of the final bathroom will be shared to show the quality of our work.
