  Deep cleaning and carpet cleaning

  Despite the early arrival of the team, I was left disappointed after they had left the property . The kitchen cabinets were not properly cleaned, all windows were left dirty,door frames were left dirty, all the bedrooom wardrobes, and hallway storages were left uncleared, toilet wares were left half cleaned. I think their price is over and beyond for the quality of job they can do. Was charged £80 per hour and still did an unsatisfactory job for me. I had to engage another vendor to tidy up the mess Hello clean Ltd couldn’t clean. Sorry I cannot recommend you to anyone.

  Deep clean of property following a very messy tenant

  Property had been left in a DISGUSTING state by leaving tenants. Hello Clean cleaners were amazing. The transformation of the property was beyond what I could have expected, especially for the price quoted. Not sure how they did or what magic wand they used but went from gross to clean enough to eat your dining off the work surfaces. HIGHLY recommended

  Deep clean before moving in

  Needed an urgent deep clean of house before I could decorate and move in. Nathan completed the work within 2 days of raising the quote and did an excellent job cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and especially the carpets which were filthy. Communication, and quality of work done were both excellent. Would definitely recommend.

  End of Tenancy clean

  Fabulous communication to begin with, but failed to contact me on the day and did not turn up. No reply to message or phone call on the day they were due. This has cost me! Very disappointed 😞
