  A very prompt and professional response to our telephone a request for investigation of our roof tiles following recent high winds. On arrival at site the problem was immediately identified and rectified. As always a reassuring and friendly explanation of the problem was given on completion of the work.

  Easy to deal with, turned up precisely when they said they would, obviously very knowledgeable re roofs, chimneys etc! The important thing here is they were very easy to deal with and did exactly as they said they would, explaining what they are doing along the way.
