  Fix a leaking boiler

  This plumber did some work for us to fix our leaking boiler. He said the work is guaranteed for 12 months. He charged us £350 and replaced a couple of things and added a cleaning filter which he said he would come back and clean it 2 weeks later. He did show my husband how to clean it when he fitted it but when he tried a few weeks later, water sprayed everywhere. The boiler continued to leak less than a week after he came. He said he would come back on 13 October. We waited in and he never came and has been unresponsive to my messages and emails since that day.
