  Boiler service

  Only minutes after posting my job on Monday, they called me and said they could fit me in tomorrow or Wednesday, I said that either day works for me so they said tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon. They told me to text my address to the number they called from, which I did, then I received a very professional looking appointment text confirmation with a link to a website, stating the appointment was Tuesday at 5pm. They never showed. At 6:20pm on Tuesday I received another text rescheduling my appointment to Wednesday at 5pm. They never showed and I never heard from them again.

  Replaced toilet cistern

  Punctual arrived on time and completed the job. Unfortunately had to ask him back the next day to look at the cistern as it continued to leak, but he fixed it and it seems to be ok. I would recommend using this company.

  Faulty shower

  On requesting work I was contacted promptly and a date established for carrying out the work. They arrived as planned and exhausted repair methods on the shower. Options were briefly spoken about and it was decided to fit a new shower. They tried to make it cost effective and carried out the working promptly. Cleaning up afterwards. They were polite, friendly and professional.
