Needed an engineer for an emergancy call out at a property we manage. Dean was very efficient, attended the property that afternoon, provided full report of what work was required and also submitted a competitive quote. The engineer was punctual and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the fault and advised me of a couple of options how to fix the issue. Problem resolved the same day would recommend to others. Reasonably priced

I had a problem with both my downstairs tap (low water pressure) and my upstairs tap (made loud noise when turned on). Dean from Heatworks, turned up and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very polite, friendly and professional, having explained the possible causes for the problems and the solution(s). This, for me, was ideal as I have no plumbing experience or knowledge. I have already referred Heatworks to my mother as she is having problems with her toilet flushing.

The engineer Dean was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained the issue with the boiler in a clear and honest way, carried out the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very tidy and respectful throughout. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend him for boiler repair and servicing.
