I had an estimate for the price of replacing a brand new combi, which was then installed the following week. I am happy with the price and professionalism from the engineer.

Boiler needed servicing asap, I got engineer booked withing few days, he turned up on time, notified about coming as asked and did the job nicely. Very happy with them!

Service boiler, repair radiators and other heating problems . Nothing too much trouble for Heatworks ! . Spent time investigating problems with heating system , working like new now . Can’t recommend enough .

I have mixed feelings about how well this job went, Dean came out to quote us, which was reasonable & accepted, unfortunately the engineer mixed the feeds up to the shower so only got scalding hot water for a week, it was only when I got a 2nd opinion that the issue was highlighted, the engineer blamed our shower until he was proved wrong, when I contacted their office they wanted me to wait another week to get it fixed until I threatened to use another plumber & charge them, so the engineer came back the next day. All is working well now and they did refund the part we bought for shower.
