10 Boiler issues identified and new boiler installed

Gary has always been excellent. Appointed by my landlord in Feb, he identified the issue with the boiler. With a bit of a delay due to landlord issues, he then came back to see the boiler then it completely shut down, and it was unsaveable. He the changed his schedule to get us a new boiler asap. Him and his apprentice are incredibly friendly and incredibly efficient, as well as tidying up when they’re finished. Gary was the 3rd engineer to attend the problem we had with our boiler and we didn’t have much hope. However Gary was absolutely fantastic, he talked us through everything he was doing, he was very informative, professional and friendly.
