    Replacement of boiler flue

    I can’t fault Stuart’s service. He was so polite and professional. The job was delayed a couple of times due to unsafe weather conditions, each time Stuart arrived on site as planned and on time to assess the local conditions before we agreed not to proceed. This did not deter him from doing this small job. I would recommend him to everyone and will be getting him back to move the position of some radiators

    Heatwave provided an outstanding customer and professional service. They were the first to respond and provided a clear competitive quotation and timescale. They kept me informed of the timing for the work. They arrived within the agreed time and carried out the work professionally, and completed it efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy. They explained the work and answered my questions. Heatwave will be my first choice in the future.

    Urgent Gas Issue.

    On boxing day we had noticed our heating was playing up, not an ideal time of the year for this to happen, particuarly when I have my 1 year old at home. So the following day i requested a service for it, then half an hour later it went completely. We contacted 12 people, british gas said over £200 and can arrive on the Tuesday, another company said over £300 for Tuesday, another said £120 callout fee that day. The others didnt even respond or they declined. Stuart from Heatwave called me after 30 minutes, he was more than fair and came out to us an hour later and fixed/serviced our boiler.
