Very patient person

Stuart was very quick to contact me when I put a job on Checkatrade. He found the problem and sourced a replacement and went back the next day to finish it. It's my 95 year old wheelchair bound mother's toilet so Stuart was a knight in shining armour and saved the day!

Punctual, friendly, professional, efficient & tidy.

My boiler stopped working, I called Heatwave and Stuart came out the same day. Long story short, the boiler could not be saved but Stuart was clear and informative about the options we had. He was able to fit our lovely new Worcester boiler the following day! Stuart is professional, knowledgeable, straight forward, and gave us an good price. Highly recommend and will use him again in the future. In fact he's doing our downstairs loo next month!
