Graham surveyed our existing system last year and when we were ready to go with his recommendations instructed the dork with him. He talked us through the job and worked, in our absence from home, and completed within 2 days. Everything was left in excellent condition and the quality and neatness of his work is exceptional. We highly recommend Heatwave and would use it's services again in future without any doubt.

Graham came out quickly to deal with a nail in a pipe. He was courteous and understanding, explained what he was going to do, and worked quickly. He charged a fair price and gave some good advice.

Graham was really very helpful and came round at very short notice. He gave us a very honest opinion if what was needed and had to went above and beyond to get our boiler working as we had no heat or hot water. We are so happy with everything he did. Our heating stopped working due to a faulty receiver. Graham came the day after I contacted him, identified / explained the fault and carried out repair the same day after sourcing the part. He also made the airing cupboard tidier when one unit was. Would highly recommend.

We didn't have hot water all weekend. When we phoned on Monday morning, it was tended to immediately, the part was bought the same day and we had hot water again by late afternoon! Thank you!! Re below - it wasn't a gas boiler, but an unvented electric one...

Extremely good service, operative talked me through all the work he was doing and demonstrated why it was necessary. Great communication about time frames and when to expect him, as well as upfront about costs before work was carried out. Left me with hot water in time for the weekend, very happy with the service and would definitely hire again.
