Had a boiler problem. Quick response to try and resolve the problem, though despite extensive efforts by Heat Tech staff, I needed a new boiler. From receiving a quote for a new boiler on a Thursday, the new boiler was installed on the following Monday. Fast efficient friendly professional local service, who I have used since 2006 and will continue to use.
