Very neat and tidy job. Friendly service and good communication. Professional and only did what was needed rather than proposing additional scope and cost

My old boiler wasn't working well and Dave advised me to change it suggesting a good brand but not too expensive. He intervened quickly and did a great job, he also fixed some work done badly by a plumber who had come previously. Dave is a good professional, very competent who looks for all the solutions to solve the problems and help you. I am really satisfied and I also thank him for his kindness.

Our boiler would not ignite and so we had no heating. Heat Tec attended promptly, when they said they would and solved the problem. Total confidence in their work

Dave came out on New Year's Eve to look at our very old boiler which had stopped working while we were away. He diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate for replacing the faulty PCB. He also talked through the options for replacement when we asked about that. He was able to come out later that same week to replace the boiler for a fair price. He was professional and communicated well. Highly recommended!

Arrived on time, and unclear of exact cause of problem but got system running again and some further work may be required. Would use again if needed.
