Job location: NE28Jimmy fitted us in at a moments notice and actually came earlier than expected. With this, he communicated well, which really helped us getting the job done and dusted leaving the day to ourselves. Had the boiler stripped and repaired in what seemed like no time at all. First point of call for any future problems now.10 Brilliant and fast service.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICE! My boiler started leaking today and because it's a Sunday, I was worried about being able to get it repaired the same day. It was all fixed within an hour of me ringing to enquire and at a very reasonable price, quoted in advance. I'm holding onto the business card for future reference and would highly recommend. Simon came out as an emergency call out. Diagnosed the issue quickly, provided options and a quote to fix the problem, and offered to return next day to fix. I was away for a couple of days but Simon left the boiler safe and came as soon as I was back, so I hadnt slipped down a queue due to my unavailability. Also gave good advice going forward.
