Carl has done several jobs for my wife and I (eg replaced our bath with walk-in shower). We could not be more pleased with his excellent communication and workmanship. Would highly recommend Carl to anyone. Have used Heat-Solve on a number of occasions and always found Carl to be polite, professional and very approachable. Happy to answer any questions. Recently we had an issue with a single radiator which would not hold heat. He stayed on the job until he could find the problem (under the floor) and then rectify the problem. Didn't finish until 9:30pm as he refused to leave us without heat and a problem unsolved.
