Good communication, timekeeping, neat and tidy. We’ve had a bathroom refurbishment in March, the whole process was managed efficiently, and delivered at the agreed price even though there were some unforeseen issues. We are very happy with the results, Calvin and the team are now our family “go to” plumbing, heating solution.

Calvin was recommended to us when our boiler broke down and we're so pleased to have found him! He came round quickly and although it wasn't a straightforward problem he kept at it until he'd got the boiler going again. It was very cold weather and he was concerned about our welfare in a cold house, putting in extra time and effort to find a solution asap. I contacted several companies about a boiler leak, but Heat Solutions stood out immediately. They asked for photos, quickly identified the issue as a PRV pipe, and arranged a next-day visit. Calvin was prompt, professional, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I’ll definitely use them again.
