A couple of days before, a previous heating engineer refused to fix my boiler but claimed to have located the issue. Being someone who has zero knowledge of boilers, I was hesitant to call in someone unknown to the family or who had been recommended. So glad I did. It is refreshing to experience a workman who could have, but didn’t exaggerate work/costs to get my heating up and running again. He even gave me details ‘if this should happen again’ of how I can solve this INSTEAD of paying a call out charge again in future. Honesty and integrity 100% Faith in humanity restored!!

Previous engineers condemned boiler as "parts are no longer available". Called Heatrite and they had the boiler up and running the very same day! Amazing!

Replaced boiler quickly and efficently. Cannot fault and would highly recommend!

The engeener was very good repairing work not done by the previous workmen

Problem after problem occurred and heatrite was able to fix all the problems came back on the second day due to waiting on a part.
