  Bathroom refurbishment

  I contacted Dave for a quote to renew my main bathroom, ie new toilet, basin, shower/bath, towel rail, illuminated mirror, replace ceramic floor tiles with underlay and click LVT, remove all the wall tiles and partially replace. I also wanted the extractor fan moved to a new position. The communication was great, whether via email/phone/sms, Dave's quote was clear and reasonable, and we agreed on what materials I would provide and what Dave would provide, so there was clear understanding. The work was done to a very high standard, Dave and his team were great, you won't go wrong with Heatplan.

  En-suite and main bathrooms major refits

  Dave and his apprentice Jack, plus the contractor tiler Gordon, worked very hard on major uplifts to our ensuite and main bathrooms. They arrived punctually every day, and carried out the labour-intensive work for almost a month. Any issues were dealt with promptly, and one that was not so straightforward took a little longer, but we got there in the end. They left us with two beautiful bathrooms, with which we are really satisfied. We would recommend Dave, with his over 40 years' experience, as he appears to face any problems head on.

  New Boiler Fitting

  Dave from Heatplan did an amazing job together with his colleague, Jack. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heatplan because they were both courteous, punctual, and communicated extremely well so I knew what was happening and when in order to minimise any disruption. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely use Heatplan again for another job coming up soon. 😊

  I thoroughly recommend Dave. He did a great job on my elderly mother’s shower room. The communication was excellent as was their professionalism. Dave and his lad were extremely polite and very patient with mum. 10 out of 10 all around.

  En suite fitting

  Dave and Jack just fitted our new en-suite and we are really pleased with the work. The quality of the work is great and everything was left tidy at the end of each day. They also fitted a new bifold door and frame on the en-suite too. We would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Dave for future work. Many thanks :)

  Shower Installation, Heated Towel Rail Installation

  Dave at Heatplan delivered quality work at a reasonable price. Very professional, giving a detailed inspection and quote ahead of the job itself. He took all the stress out of the process for me, arranging everything that was needed. On the day itself, both he and his colleague were considerate and left the rooms tidy and clean. Overall I can't recommend Heatplan enough, thank you!
