He was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable—taking the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. The work was completed to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy. He even went the extra mile after I requested a stop valve mid-job and after finishing the job, he quickly checked my bathroom radiator on request, which was much appreciated.
