Connor was extremely responsive and helpful over text, and arrived the very next day to install the tap. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable—taking the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. The work was completed to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy. He even went the extra mile after I requested a stop valve mid-job and after finishing the job, he quickly checked my bathroom radiator on request, which was much appreciated. I’d highly recommend Connor & Heat On Time, and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing work.

Connor came to install a new boiler for me, he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He left my house as it was before he came, no mess! He cleaned up after his job which I really appreciated. He has a lot of respect for your home. He also completed the job quicker than expected and I am so happy with my new boiler! You won’t find better in the area, Connor is the best at what he does.
