We have used Heaton before and this time we needed a boiler service. Mo came round the very next day. He is always very respectful of our home and always lays coverings on our floor. He set to work straight away and guided us through the work he was doing. He was very thorough and showed us the sludge he had removed from the system. All in all we are extremely satisfied with his work.

Have used mohan 3 times and been happy with all the work he is honest and genuine and most definitely not a rogue I would recommend to anyone

After posting a request for a plumber to fix a water knock issue that developed with my unvented water cylinder, Mo was the first to contact me. Mo came out to diagnose the work that needed doing, which ended being more than anticipated but work that needed doing at some point anyway due to natural ware and tear (including new water stop cock, replacement taps, expansion vessel, various valves and limescale filters. Mo was very articulate, patient, professional and overall very pleasant to speak with. Will happily contact again for any plumbing/boiler related issues I encounter.

They attended promptly and swiftly diagnosed the problem and quoted. Upon the parts being ready they completed the work to schedule and even did some extra little jobs that became apparent at no extra cost. Overall, excellent service & workmanship.

Our air source heat pump packed up after ten years and was going to cost a fortune to repair. It never really heated the house properly and was expensive to run. Had an LPG system installed and very happy. Cost savings are better and a much better system. No was brilliant. Really good knowledgeable advice and installation work
