Before I even get to the door installation, it's important to say that I wish this company ran customer services training courses for other trades. I used them ten years ago and contacted them again for this current job. They go above and beyond in communication, politeness, and being helpful at every stage from initial enquiry to the day of installation. Gave me a straightforward and accurate quote, and accommodated the choices & decisions I wanted to make. They always turn up on the time and day they provide, both for preliminary fittings, and then the installation itself. Unbeatable.

We required the replacement of two double glazing glass units and repair of a large kitchen window that would not open. Initial telephone enquiry resulted in a same day visit to measure up and scope the work. A quotation was received within two days and within two weeks arrangements were made to carry out the work. The new double glazed units are an exact match to the broken originals, were fitted very quickly with no mess. New hinges were fitted to the kitchen window which now works perfectly once more. All work was carried out efficiently with respect for our property. Excellent.
