  The boiler was cutting out and there was no hot water

  When I rang to describe the problem I was given an appointment for the next day. Keith arrived at the time stated and was able to determine the cause of the issue. He explained what he needed to do and resolved the problem in the short term although he explained he would need a spare part to be certain of resolving the problem. I found the explanation from Keith and the service I received to be exemplary and was impressed with the speedy service.

  Changing light fittings

  2nd time I've used Keith, and he's been brilliant both times. Explains things really well, is incredibly reliable around timings etc and brilliant communication throughout from Le in organising everything. Absolutely 100% recommended.
