Responded really quickly to the request for a quote. Cliff came promptly, identified the problem, explaining what was needed and then making the repair. Really helpful, very friendly and totally reliable and thorough. Good price, excellent service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommended.

Parts had to be ordered for this job. There was great communication with myself and tenant, plumber returned to property to try and make better the situation while we waited for parts to arrive. Office kept myself and tenant updated and managed to schedule visit at short notice. Impressed . Will use again
