Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the boiler and answered all my concerns. Nothing was too much trouble for him and went above and beyond to find out why my boiler was losing preessure. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough and if I have any further problems Mark would be the first person I would contact. Excellent workmanship and communication skills.

Mark was brilliant. When we phoned he was able to come and look at the problem the next day. He promptly arrived and could see the problem straight away and resolved it there and then. He went above and beyond by checking our other showers to ensure the same problem would not occur with them. He re-sealed those as well. He also talked to us about our air source pump and checked we had the settings correct, again for us, going above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely use Mark again

Mark fitted our central heating system. He explained the work clearly in advance, and the job was efficiently and excellently done. Over a year later, I had a small issue and he immediately came over and sorted it. Throughout the communication from him was prompt and straightforward. I thoroughly recommend his work and will use him if the need arises.
