Excellent! He came to do an annual service for my new air source heat pump. While here, he sorted out a lot of issues I was having. He took the time to explain the system and where I was going wrong. I would definitely recommend him.

Good communication before arriving, turned up early, keep us informed of what he was doing and why during the appointment and fixed a number of other issues he noticed along the way. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again, so much so that I had already signalled my intent for him to install a Hive system shortly after he’d finished.
