  Replace Unvented Cylinder & Failed Expansion Vessel plus other work.

  Parts of an old (2007) installation failing, and parts badly fitted and or weeping. Conversation with Heating Company gave two options, partial repair, or replace all with new. It was logical to replace everything associated with the hot water cylinder. A tired salt softener was replaced with a Monarch Scaleout. Punctual, tidy and totally knowledgeable. The work a showroom example of how plumbing should be, elegant and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend the company who we have known and relied on for ten years without any problems. Note: Pic shows BEFORE pipe insulation fitted.

  Did the inspection, found that the 2 port valve was leaking and corrected it. Provided a quote for replace the port . The work was done efficiently. The original agreed date had to be changed by the company due to unforeseen circumstances . This was communicated well. Happy with the job done.

  Called heating company Cambridge whilst on holiday in Spain , the boiler had broken down and we had no hot water , my son was at home as well as working ,making the situation more difficult, so we trusted them carry out the work with no supervision and they carried out the work with the upmost professionalism and gave us constant updates for our peace of mind whilst on holiday, would highly recommend to anyone and a company you can trust.

  Vaillant combi boiler installation

  The installer was punctual very polite answered all of my questions in detail so I fully understood everything.He got on with the job quietly and efficiently while protecting all surfaces he was working on and left no mess behind at the end of the job.The office staff I dealt with were also very polite,helpful and very detailed with the quotation so I new exactly what I was getting..Very pleased with the whole job from start to finish.
