We were given very good and efficient service. When there was a problem with the supplied glass it was immediately replaced and when we asked for assistance with the internal Venetian blinds we were given unstinting time and attention to detail. We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Our questions were expertly and patiently answered over several visits to the showroom, giving us the time we needed to get the choices just right for us. In the showroom we were able to look at door colours, handles, glass options, trim and locking mechanisms on display rather than just in brochures, all important aspects when choosing a door that will be there for many years. The installation was done to a really high standard and the end result is exactly what we wanted.
