The usual excellent service from Heat Hampshire, who arrived as scheduled, carried out a gas boiler service efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. I’ve used Heat Hampshire for a number of years now, including the original boiler installation, and they never disappoint.

Responsible, reliable and professional

Heat Hampshire, and specifically Callum, brilliantly sorted out a range of issues with my boiler and hot water in a timely and professional manner. They were able to be flexible in the dates for coming to deal with the issue, and the work was completed quickly. Callum explained all of the issues and the options and enabled me to make sensible decisions.

Excellent service, thoroughly recommended

Callum from Heat Hampshire carried out the annual service on our boiler. He arrived on time, was courteous and really went the extra mile in servicing the boiler. We had been concerned about low water pressure in the boiler and Callum was able to identify the reason. He said that we should be able to get new parts fitted by the boiler manufacturer under our guarantee. This work is due to be carried out in the next few days. We can thoroughly recommend Heat Hampshire and Callum for their excellent service.
