  Employed to fix a leak and also asked to replace shower

  I paid him for a new shower and I have neither got the shower or the money back after nearly 4 months.

  new combi boiler instalation

  the trade has installed a new combi boiler as the old boiler needed replacing. this took place 14 weeks ago and I still do not have any hot water or heating. I have tried to contact the trade on numerous occasions to get this matter resolved with no success.

  I don't think check a trade is worth bothering with. I expect the trade person is ok. But the system seems pretty useless. I found several local companies via the local community network in less than an hour. Nothing from checkatrade in a month except emails saying how good they are and this survey

  Leak on header tank

  Martin actually answered his phone and was very helpful, especially as I had an emergency with a huge leak from my header tank. He booked an appointment with me and turned up on time. His work was efficient and very tidy. Martin is very knowledgable and worked with his apprentice Alfie and both of them were polite. As he is also Gas Registered I will most definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend.

  Cold water leak

  I was totally delighted with the work that Martin did. He had to run a new pipe from outside my house, through the whole house and into the bathroom at the back. The job he did was very neat, he worked tidily and cleared up after him. He arrived at 9.30 ISH and had finished by 4. It all could have been such a mess but was not.
