From the first communication was very responsive and was able to come to site same day to assess the issue. Established water heater was rusted and needed replacing. Scheduled in a return visit after establishing when the replacement unit would be available to install. Kept me updated on arrival delays but kept work area clear and tidied up afterwards. Very happy with the service provided.

Vijay was punctual, efficient and friendly. He explained exactly what the problem was and then offered a range of solutions. Once action was agreed he did exactly what he said he would. He cleaned and tidied and removed all boxes etc. when he left.
