I’ve used him three times now and the service has been consistently excellent. On this occasion, he dealt with a washing machine blockage that was backing up into the sink and flooding the kitchen. He quickly identified the cause, resolved the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Professional, knowledgeable, and completely reliable.
