Mr Singh was excellent, responded really quickly to my request, came and sorted the issue really promptly and answered all my questions, helped me understand the washing machine plumbing further. 10/10

Great quality work

They communicated they were running late, did the job, and it works great. Was so happy with their work that I got them to service my boiler while they were there too.

We’ve been using Heatflow for a year now, and they’ve been fantastic - saved us from a few cold showers. Very responsive and accommodating. Knowledgeable, always takes the time to explain what’s wrong and options to fix - wouldn’t call anyone else.

I had a great experience. Vijay was great at explaining everything and carried out the work to the highest standard
