  Fixed my boiler

  Simon was awesome. Diagnosed the problem over the phone, and picked up the new part on the way over. Fixed my lpg boiler flow valve, I now have hot water. Really nice guy too. Thoroughly recommend

  Prompt Professional Oil Boiler Repair

  Excellent prompt and professional service. Simon from Heatfix responded quickly - took details of our boiler type and model, to check he'd have required parts having diagnosed the most probable cause over the phone. He arrived on time and managed to repair our Worcester Boiler. Explained everything and showed us the failed PR valve. Repressurized the expansion chamber and system. Now All running nicely.

  Central heating leaks and loss of pressure on boiler.

  Had several boiler engineers out to look at my boiler and central heating and not one detected the problem. Simon came out and fixed the problem there and then. Explained to me the issues and helped me to understand how to set the pressure gauge safely. Give Simon a call if you need work fixing.

  Boiler stopped working on Christmas weekend.

  Our boiler stopped working on Saturday Christmas weekend, I called about 20 plumbers no one picked up. Simon took The call and came after 30 min, he was Professional and tried everything to fix the boiler. Unfortunately the fan was gone and he needed parts. He managed to get the part on a Sunday and came back(with his daughter ) to fix the boiler so we can have heating and hot water. Even managed to save us some money by replacing a part and not the whole fan. He is a great guy that provides excellent service

  Replacement and repositioning of boiler to another room

  Simon was very reliable, courteous and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble as this was not a straight forward job. His workmanship is excellent, we cannot speak highly enough of Simon and throughly recommend him.
