Ian arrived promptly on the day. We had lots of communication prior. They took good care of our property during the work and were polite and courteous throughout. They made good areas of plasterwork that had crumbled due to us having an old property The boiler was very well installed, replacing a very old version. All rubbish was removed afterwards and Ian explained how it all worked and ensured we were happy before leaving.
