  After initial appointment was missed, a new date was agreed. The engineer was polite and friendly and carried out a full service. He also was helpful with advice on heating the home. Thank you.

  Very pleased with service from Heaterup, they were very prompt , arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the boiler timer problem the same day, Sebastian was very professional, efficient and was extremely helpful in making sure we understood the new timer
