The service was very prompt and professional. However their customer service was awful. The lady Demanded payment to made within one hour. I could not do this because I was out. I promised her that I will do as soon as I get home. She began to get very personal and rude. She even wanted what my nationality is. And she will report me to the credit reference agency. I will not recommend their service to anyone just because of their customer service. Very rude .

plumber came out ,gave quote & installed shower with excellent results

Nothing was done well. Toilet was replaced as he said it couldn't be repaired. The fitting was not straight and planks of wood were untidily placed behind the cistern. I was asked not to turn the water on as the silicone needed to dry. I waited 48 hours then it only only to get water dripping in my hallway and kitchen. I contacted the plumber and he set a time to return only a message me that his van had been stolen. I've since messaged the company lengthily and still not got any positive response. I currently don't have a working toilet upstairs. Really disappointed.

Perfect amd swift service with great work

I received a call very quickly. They told me their rates and asked about the job. The engineer arrived on time, inspected the shower, showed me available grab rails from the nearby Screwfix and gave advice on size/orientation. Time from inspectoon to finished install was under an hour. Very happy with my experience. Would use again.
